On July 30, Bin Li, along with relevant executives of Tsinghua Unigroup, received a delegation led by Dr. Amr Talaat, Egypt's Minister of Communications and Information Technology, in Beijing. The two sides jointly toured the Unigroup exhibition hall and held talks.

He noted that Egypt is embracing new technologies and opportunities with an open attitude, committed to innovation‑driven national development. Chinese companies represented by Unigroup, with their leading technologies, products, services, and solutions, as well as rich experience in project implementation and operational management, will significantly enhance Egypt's competitiveness in the global digital economy.
