At the 2026 Tsinghua Unigroup Innovation Summit, the Emerging Innovation Alliance (EIA) — jointly initiated by Tsinghua Unigroup and a coalition of technology enterprises, research institutions, and investment firms — was officially announced and established before representatives from industry, academia, research, government, and finance.
The Alliance focuses on six cutting-edge frontiers: aerospace, life sciences, new energy, quantum computing, advanced materials, and embodied intelligence. It operates under a "four-chain integration" mechanism—uniting the innovation chain, industrial chain, capital chain, and talent chain—and adheres to the core principles of practicality, diversity, and internationalization. Its mission is to systematically translate China's hard-tech innovation capabilities into tangible industrial value.
Alongside the launch of the EIA, the EIA Xinxin Technology M&A and Restructuring and the EIA Emerging Innovation Venture Capital Fund were also established on the same day. Together, the two funds provide full-cycle capital empowerment—from early-stage incubation to industrial integration and M&A—offering comprehensive financial support for innovative enterprises within the Alliance ecosystem.
