Mr. Li has accumulated a wealth of experience through serial entrepreneurship, investment banking, private equity, and high-tech enterprises management.
In business management, he has established a number of high-tech enterprises in the field of information technology which have been acquired by large corporate groups. Later, he involved in the management of large ICT enterprises and accelerate the coordination in the industry chain as well as the perfection of the equipment and material. In respect of equity investment, Li used to lead many multi-billion dollar cross-border transaction and involved in portfolio companies’ post-investment management.
Jie Chen joined the board of directors of Tsinghua Unigroup in 2022 and was appointed as the Co-President and the member of the Executive Committee.
Dr. Chen is an academic expert, having published more than 100 academic papers and applied for more than 100 patents. Besides, he is the recipient of the National Outstanding Young Scientist Fund.
Dr. Chen has been engaged in signal processing, image processing, and digital-analog mixed-signal VLSI design since 1988. In the past decades, he served as the senior project leader of VLSI design department of YOZAN Co., Ltd. Japan, associate professor of the University of Electro-Communications (UEC), Japan and professor of Institute of Microelectronics and Chinese Academy of Sciences.
Prior to joining Tsinghua Unigroup, Dr. Chen founded Superpix Micro Technology Co., Ltd., a company specializing in CMOS image sensors. Under his leadership, it developed a series of image sensor products with sales volume of more than several hundred million units.
Dr. Chen got his Ph.D. from the University of Electro-Communications, Japan and the bachelor degree from Harbin Engineering University.
Donghui Hu joined Tsinghua Unigroup in 2022 and was elected to the Board of Directors in July 2022. Ms. Hu is also the Co-President of Tsinghua Unigroup and a member of the executive committee. She is an experienced executive in the investment management field and brings significant industry leadership experience to the Board.
Previously, Ms. Hu served as deputy director of the Securities & Insurance Institution Management Department of Central Huijin Investment Ltd. (Central Huijin), director of The People’s Insurance Company (Group) of China Limited (PICC), Vice President and non-Executive Director of China Securities Co., Ltd.(CSC) , Chairman of CS Richland Asset Management Company.
Ms. Hu holds a doctorate degree from the University of Science and Technology of China and is a certified public accountant.
Ninghui Ma joined Tsinghua Unigroup in 2022 and currently serves as Senior Vice President, Chief Financial Officer and was elected as a Director of the Group in July 2022. Mr. Ma leads the finance organization of Tsinghua Unigroup and has outstanding experience in financial management and investment management.
Previously, Mr. Ma served as deputy board chairman and general manager of Champion Property & Casualty Insurance Co., Prior to joining CHAC, Mr. Ma also held senior management positions in finance at Kunming City Drainage Company, Kunming Dianchi Investment Company, and Yunnan Province Urban Construction Investment (Group) Co.
Ma holds a bachelor's degree in engineering from Tsinghua University. Also, he is a senior accountant and a certified public accountant.
Yigong Liu holds a Bachelor's degree in Automation and a Master's degree in Economics. He is a Senior Economist and a Certified Senior Enterprise Risk Manager (CSERM). With extensive experience in the financial and insurance sectors, he possesses profound expertise in corporate governance, compliance, and risk management. His previous roles include Senior Manager of the Financial Investment Department, Deputy General Manager of the Securities Investment Department, General Manager of the Human Resources Department, General Manager of the Shandong Branch of Ping An Life Insurance, and Director of the New Channel Business Division at China Ping An; Vice President, Director of the Risk Control Center, Head of Compliance, Director of the Operations and IT Center at New China Life Insurance; as well as Chairman, CEO, and Party Committee Secretary of New China Pension Insurance. He has also served as a Director of Changcheng Special Steel, Shenpetrochemical, and CCID Media; a Council Member of Guangdong Overseas Chinese Trust, Tianji Fund, Nanshan Fund, and Peninsula Fund; and a Supervisor of the first through third Supervisory Boards of Ping An Insurance Group.
