On December 21, Tsinghua Unigroup Co., Ltd. and Shanghai INESA (Group) Co., Ltd. signed a strategic cooperation agreement in Beijing. Under the agreement, the two parties will conduct in-depth multi‑dimensional cooperation with a focus on AI and intelligent computing power, aiming for mutual benefit and accelerated development.


At the signing ceremony, Mr. Li Bin, Chairman of Unigroup, and Mr. Mao Chen, Party Secretary and Chairman of Shanghai INESA, jointly attended and witnessed the signing, and held in‑depth discussions on advancing the implementation of the strategic cooperation. The agreement was signed on behalf of the two parties by Mr. Wen Bing, Co‑President of Unigroup, and Mr. Liu Shanquan, Vice President of Shanghai INESA.


Under the agreement, Unigroup and Shanghai INESA will engage in strategic cooperation across multiple industries, including edge‑side AI applications, computing power infrastructure, industrial funds, and comprehensive business collaboration. Together, they aim to build a full‑chain cooperation ecosystem covering "technology R&D – computing power support – industrial incubation," forming a new landscape of comprehensive business partnerships.


Both leadership teams spoke highly of this strategic cooperation.
